With a whole host of new sounds and features the Nord Stage 2 improves on the award winning Nord Stage EX88 with a culmination of fresh technology and established features found on other Nord instruments. With access to the full Nord sample library the new Nord Stage 2 becomes the piano players dream instrument.

 

New Main Features:

  • 500Mb piano memory compared to 256 on the Stage EX models

  • Gen 3 Organ modelling based on the Nord C2 sounds

  • Selectable piano release, pedal noise and dynamic pedal samples with Nord triple piano pedal (pedal optional)

  • Sample playback in the synth section allows use of real samples and Nord Sample library - 380Mb available space

  • USB MIDI now available - not available on Stage EX models

  • Program Transpose now available as well as global

  • Monitor input

  • Syncable FX rates to MIDI clock

  • Arpeggiator in synth section

Nord will ship the Stage 2 88 with upto 6.5Gb of samples from the Nord Piano library and Nord sample library. New pianos are also available for download into Nord Stage 2 increased memory.
