This instrument is not for the pianist looking to develop perfect keyboard style, its a compromise of cost weight and dimensions. The DGX220 is really portable, it will fit into most cars across the back seat, carry it to a function or church meeting, your not going to break your back or bank balance and this is what makes it special and it has enough notes to do the job. For the keyboardist who wants to try a few piano pieces its great. The DGX630 is the one to go for if you want a piano and a keyboard with all the notes included but it will cost you twice as much and wont fit into a car sideways.
