• Drummers will appreciate the TD3KW's new upright kick drum trigger. The KD8 Kick Trigger Pad's vertical design not only gives drummers a better feel compared to reverse-type kick triggers, but also reduces trembling for really solid kick sounds.

The TD3KW has become well established as Roland's starter kit, featuring Roland's superb PDX-8 snare mesh V-pad and CY-8 cymbal pads. The second most affordable kit in the V-Drums family performs like its bigger V-Drums brother, the TD9 K, sharing all the same pads as the TD9K but with a more slimline sound module. The brain includes over 30 different brilliantly sampled drum kits, ambience effects and metronome facilities.

For the toms and new CY5 hi-hat, Roland includes the newly created PD8 rubber pads with Dual-Trigger support for rim shots and bow/edge sounds. The CY8 cymbals offer "swinging" motion with great response, separate bow/edge triggering and choke capabilities.
