The perfect marriage of maple and hickory. The Meinl hybrid 5A drumsticks are precision crafted in Germany using a combination of North American hickory and maple. The maple and hickory hybrid of this stick gives it the durability whilst also still being lightweight and quick. The tip of the stick is also a hybrid which combines an acorn shape and a barrel shape, to create a fuller, punchier sound.
