Nord Electro 7 61 sports the first high resolution colour display of all Nord models. Ideal in dark stage environments and kinder on the eye, the new high res colour display offers incredible contrast an clarity whilst making it easier to understand what your settings are when you need it most. The updated layout of buttons and new controls enhances user experience and speed of operation whilst making certain features more accessible, such as the added physical drawbars on all models as well as pitch stick and modulation wheel on the 73 and HP models.

The Nord Electro 7 61 contains a large selection of Grands, Uprights and Electric Pianos from the exclusive Nord Piano Library along with new features such as Dynamic Compression, Unison and Timbre. Our state-of-the-art sampling technique captures the extraordinary nuances and real character of the source instruments.

In addition to the factory sounds, all sounds in the Nord Piano Library can be easily transferred to your instrument using the Nord Sound Manager software.

New Synth Section
Housing a brand new Synth Section the Electro 7 introduces Analog Waveforms and FM synthesis alongside high-quality Samples from the Nord Sample Library. The Synth Section includes Mono, Legato and Glide modes for expressive performance control. Low-Pass Filter with resonance and dual ADR envelopes for Amp and Filter/FM Amount designed for exceptional real time control.
Of course the Nord Electro 7 synth section is compatible with the Nord Sample Library offering extensive ways to expand and change the sounds in the instrument completely free of charge. The Nord Sample Library is an extensive collection of premium samples, including Spitfire Strings, Supreme Horns, Mellotron and Symphobia. Samples can be easily downloaded and transferred to your instrument using the Nord Sound Manager software.
