Inheriting the sound and cutting edge design of Yamahas new BB2000 Japanese bass series, the BB424 is an excellent mid-range bass guitar for the up and coming rock bassist. A unique 45-degree Mitre stringing design means you can increase or decrease tension according to your taste. Other great features include a 5-ply laminate neck and custom wound split and single-bar pickups.

The BB424 brings the Super-BB design brief of the ultimate passive bolt-on bass to an incredibly affordable pricepoint by incorporating Super-BB construction touches like the 5-ply laminated neck and 45-degree Mitre Stringing into the massively successful BB400 series basses.
