Bitrazer is modular effect that combines unique intense bit and sample rate crushing effects with unprecedented control and flexibility. The Bitrazer can be used as a table-top unit or as a Eurorack module. The compact 21 HP unit comes with a number of CV/Gate inputs and has varying uses from studio production to live performance. Bitrazer is not only great for modular synth users, but is also perfect for other musicians including keyboard players, guitarists, DJs or any other musicians looking to take their creative side to a whole new level. Bitrazer comes carefully crafted from Japan with its ultra-smooth controls and over 16 million steps of resolution and is fully re-programmable via computer, smartphone or tablet.

With Bitrazer, you can add edgy character or create total sonic mayhem. You can independently control the sample rate, filter type, cutoff, resonance, bit depth, and signal bypass by using the large controls or standard 1/8" patch cables. The sample rate and filter cutoff parameters can be controlled from an external source for independently adjusting the modulation range. Bitrazer has two I/Os which make it a stereo-capable, 24bit/96kHz audio interface for Eurorack systems. AIRA Link USB compatibility is also on offer allowing for single-cable, plug and play connectivity with the MX-1 Mix Performer.

Bitrazer is an incredible sounding unit straight out of its box, but also allows users the ability to fully customise its internal signal path by re-patching its vast number of virtual sub-modules via a custom application that works on all popular computer operating systems as well as iOS and Android devices. Submodules can be re-patched through an easy-to-use and intuitive drag and drop interface thats allows you to choose which parameters are assigned to the various high-resolution "GRF" knobs. With its advanced technology, you can reprogram Bitrazer in realtime via a USB connection and recall patches with a simple audio signal. You can even share your user patches with other Bitrazer users.
