Roland`s innovative yet simple BT-1 drum bar trigger opens up a world of drumming options for acoustic and electronic drummers alike.
By using the optional pad mount, the Roland BT-1 will fit onto acoustic kits and V-drum kits and will trigger external devices such as SPD-SX, V-Drum modules, Octapad and more. Acoustic drummers will be able to venture into the world of electronics without having to form out for a new kit and the extension of technologies will open up a diverse world of opportunities and things that could never before be easily possible.
Using the BT-1 it is possible to trigger almost anything such as drum sounds and backing tracks for connected modules, perfect for the live performer. The bar trigger has been specially designed to eliminate cross talk so it will only trigger when you hit it and not trigger when you hit the connected snare or tom.
