Construction
This stunning limited edition guitar from Yamaha is constructed of all solid Hawaiian Koa which is normally reserved for top end exotic guitars. Koa wood is known for producing a very midrange focused sound with a clear top end, perfect for gigging or studio players alike.The body is a traditional Dreadnought with an A series cutaway meaning you can access the higher frets with ease. joined to the body is a 3ply African mahogany neck, cut to a comfortable profile to fit snuggly in your hands. a top of the neck is an ebony fingerboard with Yamaha's R400mm (15 3/4") fretboard radius.
SRT System-71
Yamahas SRT pickup system is the latest step forward in acoustic guitar technology. This unique system allows the user to select between two different microphone settings, either a large diaphragm or an active ribbon microphone. these can then be blended with the built-in piezo pickup system as you see fit. In addition to these options the AC4 also has a built in automatic feedback detector. This means you no longer have to worry about noise on stage, the guitar does all of this for you, it detects when feedback is produced and cancels these frequencies out to give you a stress free performance.
