Gretsch G2622TG P90 Limited Edition Candy Apple Red

Limited to very small numbers this stunning G2622TG is one of a kind with its smooth and rich P90 pickups, gold hardware including a Bigsby Trem system and finished off in a satin candy apple red. Grab yourself one of these stunning guitars whilst you still can.

The body is made up of laminated maple with a chambered spruce centre block which prevents any unwanted hum whilst giving a warm and resonant tone, the body is finished in a stunning satin candy apple red finish. Joined to the body is a set maple neck which is cut to a classic standard U profile which gives you plenty of grip from nut to body. The satin finish on the body continued up the neck which prevents any slipping whilst playing fast licks. A top the neck is a laurel fretboard decorated with the classic big block inlays, 22 medium jumbo frets and finished off with aged white binding. This G2622TG model also comes fitted with a Bigsby B70 tremolo tailpiece, the Bigsby not only looks classy but allows for an extremely smooth tremolo action without affecting the tuning stability. All the hardware is finished in Gold which pairs beautifully with the satin candy apple red finish. This limited model differs from its other streamliner guitars due to the pickups. This G2622TG comes fitted with a set of P90 soap bar pickups, P90's are known for providing a much larger audio frequency range than your standard humbuckers or single coils, provide extra clarity and also stay cleaner for longer when driven without losing any of the clarity.
