KRKs RP6 studio monitors are designed to produce a natural sound so users can hear detail and natural frequency levels in their music making them perfect for studio recording/ mastering as well as listening to music in general. Their great bass response also makes them a great addition to musical instruments which are lacking sound quality or do not have speakers built in. They will fit perfectly into medium to large sized rooms and this limited edition pair has been finished in a, stand out, ferrari red with a white speaker cone for incredible looks as well as incredible sound.

The RP6 speakers use a 6 inch woofer with a 1" Neodymium Soft Dome Tweeter with Ferro Fluid. The woofer is produced using a glass aramid composite material. This material is very rigid yet lightweight meaning the speaker does not flex under pressure keeping sound distortions to a minimum. The tweeter is cooled using a ferro fluid which keeps the dynamics and response as near perfect as possible. The resulting detail in their sound is superb with great stereo imaging and constant response over long periods of time. Even after long periods of using the monitors, their sweeter sound wont hurt your ears at the top end of the frequency band making them much more comfortable to work with.

The rear panel has an array of connection options suited to all aspects of musical work. Balanced Jack or balanced XLR (3 pin) inputs are perfect for studio seups and for direct use with electronic music equipment. For DJs an RCA input is fitted for easy integration with decks and mixers.

The rear panel also houses a gain and treble control. As the speakers have been designed specifically to sound natural there is no need for bass controls as that would distort the overall resulting sound from its true form but the treble control is perfect for compensating for hard/ soft room environments.
