The RH3 ( Real Hammer) action on the SV1-73 has a real piano feel with a great dynamic range and response. This works perfectly with the piano sound which has been created using the latest RX (Real Experience) technology, delivering an incredible high definition sound with great transients and nuances over the full velocity range.

The Korg SV1-73 comes fully loaded with presets of the most common variety and requirement. These include piano, electric piano/ clav, strings, organs and synth sections. Each section can be processed through the advanced in-built valve technology. Korg have fitted a real valve into the SV-1 top panel and like the most expensive amplifiers the sound can be passed through the valve adding warmth, depth of tone and even drive to create the most exact replica of the classic, vintage sounds we all love and want.

Korg have incredibly detailed e.piano sounds. tine and reed pianos are painstakingly re-created offering a huge number of 7 velocity layers per sound. From the soft mellows to biting high velocity passages the SV-1 delivers quality and detail in sound and feel.

Korg have kitted the SV1-73 with some sonic processing power. A hands on EQ system is to hand for instantly modifying the tone live and when you need it. The front panel also offers access to a range of amp simulations, effects such as reverb, delay, wah and more. Without a doubt there is some dramatic sound versatility within this compact portable piano.

The angled top panel of the SV1-73 gives easy and fast access to all your features. In the middle of the panel are 8 buttons for favourite settings. these can be preset with your favourite sounds/ settings for instant recall when you need a fast sound change.
