Construction
Body:The Guitar has a chambered body to get a fantastic Acoustic Resonance, consisting of as Spalted maple top and a mahogany base. This gives the guitar not only a fnastica warm and vibrant tone which mahogany wood is known for but matched with the Spalted maple top and open sound holes on the front this guitar looks amazing and one of a kind!
Neck: Joined to the body with a set construction for extra sustain is a mahogany neck consisting of a rosewood fretboard with a 12" radius and 22 Medium Jumbo frets. Finished off with white binding alabone block inlays, synthetic Graphite nut and a matching headstock just adds to the fantastic feel and look of this beautiful instrument. It really is one of a kind!

Rockfield SWC Humbucker: The Rockfield SWC (Select Wound Custom) pickups were designed from the ground up by meticulously researching old design documents, spec sheets, wood shed articles, building, testing and re-testing for countless days and endless hours. Most importantly though Rockfield shut up and listened to what the players wanted. After all the questions were answered and the research and testing were done, they finally came out of the lab with a killer pickup that we as players are also extremely proud of. The Rockfield SWC pickups are slightly over wound and provide "ringing bell like" clean tones and growling vintage style leads with endless warmth and sustain. However, turn up the gain in your favorite amp and the natural bold and spongy tone of these pickups sizzles and cooks into a very full aggressive distortion without loosing note or tonal definition. The Split coil option or "Tapped" positions are useful and articulate well for a great pickup in any format!
Rockfield SWC / FishmanŽ Powerchip: Paird with this is a second SWC is The Fishman Powerchip which makes it possible to mix the signal from your Powerbridge with the magnetic pickups already in your guitar. This exclusive piezo volume control works in conjunction with our "Smart SwitchTM" circuit, that "senses" what type of guitar cable you are using, and automatically splits your piezo and magnetic signals to stereo or mixes them to mono.
