    info

Roland's hugely popular and well known mid range V Drum kit has been upgraded with a new Kick Pad (KD-9 replacing the KD-8) and cymbals, and an enhanced TD-9 sound module, with better response and wider range of kits. Playability at this level has never been better. Drum along with any genre of music with the huge sound pallete built into the brain, and play along with your favourite songs saved as an mp3 or .wav file on a USB stick.

Key improvements to the TD-9KX2 include:

    • Brand new KD-9 Kick drum, CY-12C crash cymbal and CY-13R ride cymbal.
    • Mesh heads provide an acoustic-like feel and response on the PD-105 snare and PD-85 toms.
    • The VH-11 Hi-Hat pad mounts on an ordinary acoustic hi-hat stand
    • Improved TD-9 sound module with more kits and better response

    The KD-9 Kick Pad

Taking up minimum floor space and ready for some serious beating, the new KD-9 pad provides a fantastic feel and response, with totally accurate drum triggering and solid playability. You can even use a double pedal with it. Combined with the enhanced TD-9 sound module, you can get a muted bass drum sound by playing hard, the same as when leaving the beater against the head of an acoustic bass drum skin.

    The CY-12C V-Cymbal Crash

With optimized weight-balance and sensitivity, the CY-12C provides a natural swinging motion and accurate triggering for consistent crash performance, including choke control.

    CY-13R V-Cymbal Ride

Experience acoustic-like ride cymbal performance. Optimizing the weight-balance and sensing with enlarged bow area, the CY-13R provides a natural swinging motion and accurate three-way triggering for edge, bow and bell.

Established in 1983 A&C Hamilton Musical Instruments maintains a healthy balance of traditional business values with a keen sense for new business ideas. Getting new customers and keeping existing customers are equally important to us. As the internet has changed all our lives we continue to grow from strength to strength applying the tried and trusted methods of traditional retail sales to this new world of internet sales and store sales. The world is a smaller place but we are all still individuals within it. It is so much more fun selling to some one you can have a chat with, either email phone or in the shop than just sending boxes via couriers. Our company has a solid financial basis to trade and all premises are owned in full by the directors.

Our Music Shop is on the outskirts of Preston with forecourt parking for 8 cars. Our closest town is Blackpool and nearby is Lytham St Annes. Blackburn and Southport are close by. Lancaster, Morecambe, Wigan, Burnley, Ormskirk, Bolton, Leigh, Accrington are also near me. Manchester Liverpool and Cumbria are around an hour away.
