      Kawai K200 ATX3 - Incredible Piano Action - Millennium 3

Combining wood and ABS components Kawai have been able to create a piano action that is not only dynamic in response but offers up a much more reliable design and is around 25% lighter for a faster more responsive touch.

      Kawai K200 ATX3 - Solid Spruce Soundboard

The soundboard is the key components of what makes a great piano sound. The quality, design and resonance of the wood has a huge impact on tone. The K200 uses a solid spruce soundboard to ensure top quality sound, allowing the highs to ring and the bass to be rich and clear. The overall sound from this compact styled piano is truly superb.

      Kawai K200 ATX3 - Silent Piano Technology - Anytime ATX3

The astounding ATX3 digital system means the player can perform on the piano any day or night without disturbing anyone. Plug headphones in to the socket underneath the piano and play on a selection of world class sounds and the Kawai SK-EX Concert Grand piano. There are also high quality orchestral, organ, e.piano and more to play with. Of course you are still playing the real piano keys which become silenced so you have a stunning feel, with the advantage of digital technology.

      Kawai K200 ATX3 - IHSS SENSOR SYSTEM

A fine acoustic piano entices musicians to perform with enthusiasm, spontaneity and passion. Yet, the satisfaction that one enjoys when hammers strike the strings is often diluted by traditional piano silencing techniques. Sensors located below the keyboard struggle to accurately interpret the subtleties of musical expression, which is why AnyTimeX3 pianos integrate sensors within the fine workings of the piano action, reading the precise movements of each hammer. Whether performing rapid passages that demand the same key be played repeatedly before returning to its natural starting position, or pianissimo pieces desiring the very softest of key strokes, the Integrated Hammer Sensing System (IHSS) represents the elaborate nuances of every note. Pianists can finally enjoy the convenience of absolute privacy, without sacrificing the responsive touch and authentic expression of a traditional acoustic piano.

The ATX3 technology goes further - you can customize and adjust the piano sounds right down to individual note tuning to get the exact piano you require through headphones and to suit all varying styles. If you want to record yourself then you can use the audio recording function to record high quality sound direct to USB memory devices. It is also possible to play along with sound from external devices using the bluetooth audio playback function. Connect a phone or compatible bluetooth device and perform along with your favourite music - all with the privacy if your headphones.

To top it all off the Kawai K200 ATX3 has a 5" full colour touch screen in the left cheek panel so users can easily operate and select voices etc. from the digital system. It is a truly superb way to enjoy piano anytime of day.
